Nous intervenons sur l'ensemble de l'arc lémanique, pour des entreprises, des régies et des particuliers. En trois ans d'activité, nous avons construit une entreprise en pleine croissance et nous développons notre équipe en créant plusieurs postes. \\Votre rôle\\ Vous êtes le fil rouge du projet, de la reprise du dossier jusqu'à la réception de l'ouvrage. \\- Reprendre les dossiers en main après l'adjudication et en assurer la mise en œuvre \\- Piloter la planification, le budget et les délais de vos chantiers \\- Coordonner le bureau technique, l'atelier et les équipes de pose \\- Négocier avec les fournisseurs et sous\\-traitants, gérer les commandes de matière et le suivi des livraisons \\- Être l'interlocuteur direct des architectes, directions de travaux et maîtres d'ouvrage \\- Assurer le suivi de chantier, les séances, les procès\\-verbaux et la réception des ouvrages \\- Veiller au respect des normes SIA, des règles de sécurité et de nos exigences de qualité \\Votre profil\\ \\- CFC dans la construction métallique (constructeur métallique, dessinateur\\-constructeur sur métal) ; une formation supérieure de type technicien ou une expérience équivalente en conduite de projets est un plus \\- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en conduite de projets dans la construction métallique, la serrurerie ou l'enveloppe du bâtiment \\- Une expérience du dessin technique en construction métallique est vivement souhaitée, car elle facilite la coordination avec le bureau technique \\- Bonne connaissance des normes SIA et des usages de chantier romands \\- Lecture et interprétation des plans d'exécution ; suivi de budget de chantier maîtrisé \\- À l'aise avec la suite Office ; la connaissance d'un logiciel de gestion de chantier ou de CAO est un atout \\- Français courant, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ; toute autre langue est un plus \\- Permis de conduire indispensable \\- Sens de l'organisation et aisance dans la conduite de séances de chantier Une expérience professionnelle acquise en Suisse est un plus. \\Le poste est ouvert aux frontaliers.\\ \\Ce que nous offrons\\ \\- Deux postes créés dans une entreprise en croissance, avec une réelle marge de manœuvre pour organiser votre travail \\- Autonomie dans la conduite de vos projets \\- Des ouvrages variés : façades ventilées, vitrages, escaliers, charpentes, serrurerie sur mesure \\- Structure courte et accès direct à la direction \\- Places de parc gratuites à disposition \\- Conditions salariales attractives selon expérience et prestations sociales de premier ordre \\- Soutien à la formation continue !\[Fanaj Métal Sàrl\]( ) \* Fanaj Métal Sàrl Avenue Riond\\-Bosson 13 1110 Morges \* \[ \](\< \>) jpidb1eae77jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
