WinGD établit un poste de Chef de projet et solution IA pour coordonner sa feuille de route et son portefeuille IA à l-échelle de l-entreprise tout en contribuant concrètement à des solutions IA sélectionnées et à des outils logiciels internes. Le rôle consiste à traduire les priorités commerciales en un portefeuille IA transparent et priorisé, et à coordonner des initiatives sélectionnées depuis l-évaluation jusqu-à la mise en œuvre et le suivi des bénéfices. Il combine la coordination interfonctionnelle avec la conception pratique, le prototypage et le développement en collaboration avec le Responsable technique IA, les experts IA, les fonctions commerciales, l-informatique et les fonctions de contrôle pertinentes.

  • Coordonner la feuille de route IA à l-échelle de l-entreprise, le portefeuille priorisé et les recommandations de gestion via un processus transparent d-évaluation des cas d-usage.
  • Coordonner les initiatives IA sélectionnées depuis l-évaluation et la preuve de valeur jusqu-à la mise en œuvre, l-adoption et le suivi des bénéfices.
  • Concevoir, prototyper, développer, tester et mettre en œuvre des solutions IA sélectionnées et des outils logiciels internes.
  • Traduire les exigences commerciales en solutions techniques pratiques avec le Responsable technique IA, les experts IA et les représentants commerciaux.
  • Coordonner les experts internes et les partenaires externes, en assurant une propriété claire, un périmètre, des ressources, des jalons, des dépendances et des décisions.
  • Coordonner l-équipe centrale IA, le réseau des ambassadeurs IA, la sensibilisation, la formation, la communication et le partage des connaissances à travers WinGD.
  • Assurer l-alignement avec les exigences techniques et de gouvernance applicables et rapporter les progrès, la valeur, les coûts, les risques, les contraintes de capacité et les décisions requises à la direction.
