Dans le cadre d'un poste fixe, le service OK Job'Xpert recherche pour une entreprise de maçonnerie, un Chef de projet Gros oeuvre, pour la gestion d'une équipe de conducteurs de travaux et le suivi de projet de construction de rénovation \- transformation \- neuf sur le canton de Vaud et Genève.

Chef de Projet Gros Oeuvre

* Diplôme d'ingénieur(e) civil(e) EPF, HES, équivalent ou Technicien ES ou équivalent. * Expérience confirmée (au moins 5 ans) en gestion de projet Gros oeuvre en Suisse sur un poste similaire. * Excellente maîtrise des normes SIA et des logiciels usuels. * Vous êtes un leader inspirant qui sait transmettre et écouter ses équipes. * Excellent relationnel, très bon communicant. * Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et orienté solution. + Piloter et coordonner des projets de construction et de rénovation (bâtiments résidentiels, tertiaires, publics ou industriels). + Coordonner les études via les mandataires et service interne + Superviser le suivi technique, la planification et le contrôle financier des projets. + Animer une équipe de conducteur de travaux gros oeuvre, (support technique, prise de hauteur du projet, veille au développement des compétences techniques des équipes). + Coordination des partenaires externes, et lien avec les maîtres d'ouvrage. + Apporter des solutions et des axes d'amélioration pour votre service (veille technologique, légale, normes).
