Vous contribuerez également aux projets d'amélioration continue, d'automatisation et d'intégration de nouveaux équipements afin d'accroître la performance opérationnelle. Chef de Projet Industrialisation \& Performance Industrielle Notre client est une entreprise dans le domaine de l'Horlogerie spécialisée dans la fabrication de produits à forte valeur ajoutée. Son environnement combine excellence industrielle, innovation technologique et amélioration continue. Missions Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités industrielles, notre client recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Industrialisation \& Performance Industrielle. Vous jouez un rôle central dans l'optimisation des procédés de production et le déploiement de nouveaux moyens industriels. Vos principales responsabilités : Piloter les projets d'industrialisation de nouveaux produits, de leur lancement jusqu'à leur mise en production. Définir et optimiser les procédés de fabrication afin d'améliorer la qualité, les coûts et les délais. Élaborer et maintenir la documentation technique nécessaire aux activités de production. Participer aux phases de prototypage, d'essais et de validation industrielle. Analyser les dysfonctionnements, identifier les causes racines et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives durables. Conduire des chantiers d'amélioration continue visant l'augmentation de la productivité et de la performance globale. Réaliser une veille technique et proposer des solutions innovantes pour moderniser les moyens de production. Recueillir les besoins des ateliers et les traduire en cahiers des charges techniques. Assurer le suivi de projets d'automatisation et de modernisation des équipements. Profil du candidat Formation supérieure technique de type ingénieur ou équivalent. Expérience confirmée d'au moins 3 ans dans un environnement industriel (idéalement secteur du luxe). Solides compétences en industrialisation, méthodes, gestion de projets techniques et amélioration continue. Bonne maîtrise des outils Lean et des démarches d'optimisation des processus. Connaissance des systèmes ERP et des outils de conception ou de dessin technique. Capacité à piloter des projets transverses impliquant plusieurs interlocuteurs. Esprit analytique et aptitude à résoudre des problématiques complexes. Forte orientation résultats et amélioration de la performance. Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation. Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à fédérer des équipes autour de projets d'évolution. Goût pour l'innovation technique et les environnements en transformation.
