Dans le cadre du développement de l-un de nos clients, acteur industriel suisse spécialisé dans la conception et la réalisation d-équipements techniques complexes et sur mesure, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Industriel expérimenté(e).

Vous rejoindrez un environnement d-ingénierie exigeant, au sein duquel sont développés et réalisés des équipements mécaniques et machines spéciales de grandes dimensions destinés à des clients internationaux.

Vos responsabilités ##

Vous assurez le pilotage complet de projets industriels complexes, depuis les premières phases d-ingénierie jusqu-à la livraison et la mise en service des équipements.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront notamment de :

  • Piloter des projets industriels de grande envergure représentant plusieurs millions, voire plusieurs dizaines de millions de CHF ;
  • Être l-interlocuteur principal du client tout au long du projet ;
  • Coordonner les différentes disciplines techniques : mécanique, calcul, automatisme, électricité, fabrication et installation ;
  • Piloter les équipes internes d-ingénierie et les différents partenaires externes ;
  • Assurer le suivi des études, de la conception et des validations techniques ;
  • Piloter les fournisseurs et sous-traitants intervenant sur le projet ;
  • Garantir le respect des objectifs de coûts, qualité et délais ;
  • Suivre le budget du projet, les risques, les évolutions contractuelles et les éventuels avenants ;
  • Superviser les différentes phases de fabrication, assemblage, tests et réception ;
  • Accompagner les phases d-installation, de commissioning et de mise en service chez le client ;
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la Direction et des différentes parties prenantes.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation supérieure de type Ingénieur mécanique, génie mécanique, conception industrielle ou formation équivalente ;
  • Environ 10 à 12 ans d-expérience professionnelle dans un environnement industriel exigeant ;
  • Une première partie de carrière réalisée idéalement en conception mécanique, bureau d-études, calcul ou ingénierie mécanique ;
  • Une évolution réussie vers des fonctions de Chef de Projet, Project Manager, Responsable d-Affaires ou Responsable de Projet ;
  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage de projets complexes de machines spéciales ou d-équipements industriels sur mesure ;
  • Une expérience acquise dans des environnements tels que la mécanique lourde, les machines spéciales, les équipements de levage et manutention, la sidérurgie, l-énergie, le naval, l-hydroélectricité, les machines-outils ou les grands équipements industriels sera particulièrement appréciée ;
  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques de conception, fabrication mécano-soudée, assemblage et installation ;
  • Solide expérience de la gestion de budgets, plannings, fournisseurs et relations clients ;
  • Capacité à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires ;
  • Anglais courant indispensable ;
  • Français courant ;
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements ponctuels en Suisse et à l-international.
