Vous êtes une personne communicative, orientée service, avec une formation en informatique ou en logiciel ? Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion de projets logiciels en intralogistique et connaissez les solutions WMS/WCS/MFS en pratique ? Nous recherchons un joueur d'équipe qui sait fixer des priorités, prendre des responsabilités et mener les projets clients vers le succès en toute sécurité.

Ce que vous ferez chez nous

  • Vous dirigez des projets logiciels pour des systèmes intralogistiques et êtes responsable des délais, des coûts, de la qualité et des ressources
  • Vous êtes l'interlocuteur central pour nos clients sur tous les sujets liés aux logiciels, aux processus et aux projets, du démarrage du projet à la réception finale
  • Vous vérifiez avec les clients et les départements spécialisés les exigences, finalisez le concept de solution et les transformez en une planification de projet réaliste avec des jalons clairs
  • Vous pilotez et coordonnez les équipes de développement logiciel du projet et assurez l'échange interdisciplinaire avec les autres équipes d'électro/mécanique, de mise en service ainsi que d'intégration
  • Vous gardez un œil sur les risques, les demandes de modification et le budget, agissez activement et faites des rapports transparents au client et à la direction
  • Avec une gestion de projet orientée résultats, vous assurez une réception fluide et dans les délais des jalons et des systèmes

Ce que vous apportez

  • Une formation technique de base avec une formation complémentaire en informatique, génie électrique ou génie mécanique FH/ETH/TU/HF ou une formation équivalente
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la gestion de projets logiciels, de préférence en intralogistique ou en automatisation
  • Très bonnes connaissances des processus intralogistiques et des solutions d'automatisation ainsi que des systèmes WMS/WCS/MFS
  • Connaissances approfondies des méthodes de gestion de projet, classiques comme agiles
  • Compréhension du développement logiciel
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, sens de la négociation et capacité à diriger en toute sécurité les clients et les équipes interdisciplinaires
  • Disponibilité pour des missions chez des clients dans un environnement international
  • Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité ainsi qu'une manière de travailler autonome
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, d'autres langues étrangères sont un plus
