Ce poste consiste à concevoir et optimiser les méthodes d'exécution de projets de construction complexes, de l'analyse des appels d'offres jusqu'au support technique sur chantier.

## Tâches - Analyser les dossiers d'appels d'offres pour évaluer la faisabilité, les contraintes, risques et opportunités - Concevoir les méthodes d'exécution, les phasages et les principes de logistique de chantier 2D/3D - Identifier les points critiques et proposer des variantes pour optimiser solutions techniques, délais et coûts - Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans la préparation et l'exécution des chantiers - Apporter un support technique dans la résolution de problématiques complexes - Capitaliser les retours d'expérience pour améliorer les méthodes et standards techniques

## Profil - Formation supérieure en génie civil, construction ou domaine équivalent (EPF, HES) - Expérience confirmée dans les méthodes de construction ou la préparation de projets complexes - Solide compréhension des processus de construction du Gros Œuvre aux travaux Tous Corps d'État - Maîtrise confirmée des outils métiers AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Tilos - Connaissance d'outils BIM/4D tels que Synchro ou Bexel constitue un atout - Excellente maîtrise du français ; connaissances en allemand et/ou anglais un atout
