Dans le cadre de notre développement continu, nous avons créé une nouvelle fonction et recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord un Chef de projet / Responsable de projet 100 % (h/f/d)

Vos tâches ##

  • Responsabilité globale des projets techniques clients et d'ingénierie
  • Gestion de bout en bout, de la clarification des exigences à la spécification technique jusqu'à la mise en œuvre
  • Évaluation des solutions techniques, matériaux, processus et méthodes de fabrication
  • Planification, coordination et direction d'équipes de projet interdisciplinaires
  • Coordination technique étroite avec les clients (spécifications, revues de conception, études de faisabilité)
  • Assurer l'industrialisation incluant la validation des processus, FAT/SAT ainsi que le soutien lors des mises en service
  • Responsabilité des délais, des coûts et de la qualité pour les projets attribués
  • Identification des risques et mise en place de mesures
  • Collaboration étroite avec R&D, opérations, qualité, achats et autres départements techniques
  • Assurer une transmission claire à la production et au service après-vente

Votre profil ##

  • Formation supérieure technique achevée (par ex. ingénierie mécanique, technologie des plastiques, technique de production) ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en tant que chef de projet, responsable de projet, gestionnaire de processus ou dans des fonctions techniques similaires
  • Connaissances approfondies des processus de production, de l'industrialisation ou des projets de développement technique
  • Présence assurée en contact direct avec les clients et capacité à transmettre clairement des contenus techniques
  • Méthode de travail structurée, orientée solutions avec un haut niveau d'exigence qualité
  • Expérience avec FAT/SAT, validations de processus ou réceptions techniques est un avantage
  • Très bonnes connaissances écrites et orales en allemand et en anglais (indispensable)
  • Résistant, persévérant et capable de faire avancer les projets de manière ciblée
