En tant que consultant, vous serez amené à accompagner nos clients dans la réalisation de leurs projets sur site en apportant votre expertise et vos compétences. Vous êtes agile et désireux de vous adapter à différents environnements de travail qui alimenteront votre curiosité de voir ce qui se cache derrière les portes fermées des plus grands projets du portefeuille de nos clients.

Chef de projet tunnels

Missions :

  • Assurez le pilotage technique, organisationnel et financier des projets.
  • Coordonnez des équipes pluridisciplinaires et mobilisez les compétences nécessaires à chaque phase.
  • Veillez à la qualité des prestations, au respect des délais et à la maîtrise des coûts.
  • Entretenez des relations de confiance avec les maîtres d’ouvrage, partenaires et autorités.
  • Contribuez au développement des activités liées aux tunnels et aux ouvrages souterrains en Suisse romande.
  • Partagez vos connaissances et participez au développement des compétences de l’équipe.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur·e civil·e.
  • Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets d’infrastructures souterraines, idéalement de tunnels ferroviaires ou routiers.
  • Expérience confirmée en direction de projets complexes impliquant plusieurs intervenants.
  • Bonne connaissance des tunnels, des pratiques et des normes suisses. Une expérience du marché romand est particulièrement appréciée.
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et aptitude à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
