Tauchen Sie ein in die wundervolle Winterwelt auf der Terrasse des Kongresshaus Zürich. In gemütlichen Fondue\-Iglus geniessen unsere Gäste ausgewählte Käsefondue, feinen Glühwein und einen einzigartigen Blick auf den Zürichsee.

Für unseren befristeten Wintereinsatz suchen wir per 12\.11\.2026 bis 31\.12\.2026 eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft Freude am Service unsere Gäste durch gemütliche Winterabende begleitet.

Ihre neue Aufgaben

  • Führen einer eigenen Servicestation und/oder \-bereich, vorbereiten diverser Cocktails
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen und fachgerechten Serviceablaufs
  • Professionelles Empfangen, Begleiten, Beraten und Verabschieden der Gäste
  • Sicherstellen einer zielorientierten Kommunikation zwischen Service und Küche
  • Selbstandig, täglichen Kassenabschluss für das Restaurant und Bar
  • Ausführen diverser Reinigungsarbeiten und Überprüfen sämtlicher Arbeitsabläufe hinsichtlich der Einhaltung der Sicherheits\- und Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Von Vorteil: erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, bspw. als Restaurationsfachfrau/\-mann EFZ, Hotelfachfrau/\-mann EFZ
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Kassensystemen, bevorzugt mit Gastrofix/Lightspeed
  • Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen und ausgeprägter Teamspirit
  • Unterstützt die Zielerreichung des eigenen Bereichs durch proaktives Einbringen eigener Arbeitsbeiträge
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
