Einleitung

Für einen lebhaften Gastronomiebetrieb mit hohem Gästeaufkommen wird eine serviceorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit gesucht. Die Position verbindet operative Verantwortung, Teamführung und Organisation im täglichen Betrieb. Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die auf der Fläche präsent ist, Verantwortung übernimmt und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick behält.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf während deiner Schichten
  • Du koordinierst den operativen Betrieb und findest auch in herausfordernden Situationen schnell pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du arbeitest regelmässig aktiv im Service mit und unterstützt dein Team im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du erstellst Tagesabrechnungen und führst den Tagesabschluss selbstständig durch
  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben und sorgst für eine saubere Organisation im Hintergrund
  • Du verantwortest Bestellungen, Warenannahmen sowie die Kontrolle von Lieferungen und Lieferscheinen

Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachfrau / Restaurantfachmann EFZ
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Service und hast bereits Verantwortung übernommen
  • Du bist eine Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Du arbeitest organisiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du behältst auch bei hoher Auslastung einen kühlen Kopf und setzt Prioritäten richtig
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und trittst professionell gegenüber Gästen und Team auf
