Ce que tu accomplis ###

  • Remplacement en cas d-absence du gérant ou de son adjoint
  • Surveillance de toutes les stations de service et travail dans une station de service
  • Vente active, ventes additionnelles, up-selling, cross-selling
  • Introduction des nouveaux collaborateurs et motivation des employés de service
  • Encaissement auprès des clients
  • Rédaction des menus, inventaire, e-mails, caisse, etc.

Ce que tu apportes ###

  • Formation : Apprentissage professionnel achevé (CFC)
  • Spécialisation : École hôtelière/touristique avec diplôme fédéral ou formation de base réussie avec certificat fédéral de capacité et examen professionnel supérieur dans le domaine de la gastronomie est un avantage
  • Expérience professionnelle : Plusieurs années d-expérience dans le service en gastronomie italienne
  • Une passion pour le rôle d-hôte. Le service au client est central pour toi. Tu incarnes cette idée de service sans compromis et agis en modèle
  • Une grande affinité pour la gastronomie
  • Très bonnes compétences en informatique
  • Allemand (B2)
  • Italien (AVANTAGEUX)
  • Anglais (AVANTAGEUX)
