Vous dirigez le service avec cœur, compétence et une véritable mentalité d'hôte. Vous veillez à ce que nos invités se sentent bien, coordonnez le déroulement au restaurant et soutenez activement votre équipe dans le fonctionnement quotidien. La qualité, la fiabilité et un comportement respectueux vous paraissent évidents. Êtes-vous prêt à créer, avec votre équipe, des expériences inoubliables pour nos invités ?

Voici vos tâches

  • Co-organisation et soutien dans la gestion opérationnelle d'un secteur gastronomique attribué
  • Remplacement du directeur adjoint du restaurant en cas d'absence
  • Participation à la planification et à l'organisation des activités quotidiennes
  • Co-responsabilité de la planification de l'offre de boissons
  • Accueil et conseil compétents de nos invités variés, internationaux et locaux
  • Contrôle et optimisation des processus et standards internes
  • Intégration des nouveaux membres de l'équipe ainsi que suivi et formation de nos apprentis

  • Formation professionnelle achevée dans le service et première expérience en gestion
  • Exigence élevée de qualité et sens prononcé des responsabilités
  • Résistant, flexible et sûr de soi - vous êtes prêt à travailler dans différents secteurs de service même en situation de stress

  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand, d'autres langues sont un atout
