Aargau Verkehr recrute un Fahrdienstleiter à Aarau, essentiel au trafic.

Tâches ##

  • Superviser le trafic ferroviaire et les manœuvres sur le réseau WSB.
  • Organiser le trafic en respectant les règlements en vigueur.
  • Gérer les situations de perturbation et informer les clients.

Compétences ##

Chef de service circulation / régulateur de trafic ferroviaire Aarau (h/f/d) 50-80% #

Le centre de régulation - le cœur du trafic ferroviaire sûr et ponctuel.

Pour renforcer notre équipe au centre de régulation, nous recherchons pour le site de Aarau à partir du 1er novembre 2026 ou selon accord, une personne responsable en tant que chef de service circulation / régulateur de trafic ferroviaire.

Vos tâches

  • Vous dirigez et surveillez le trafic des trains ainsi que les manœuvres sur le réseau WSB (lignes S14 Aarau-Schöftland et Aarau-Menziken)
  • Vous organisez et planifiez le trafic ferroviaire en respectant les règlements et prescriptions en vigueur
  • En cas de perturbations ou d'incidents, vous prenez les mesures nécessaires et assurez le maintien du trafic ferroviaire ou de remplacement
  • Vous planifiez et organisez l-utilisation des locomotives ainsi que le déploiement du personnel en cas d-absences de dernière minute
  • Vous élaborez et communiquez les instructions opérationnelles au personnel de conduite et aux autres parties prenantes
  • Vous garantissez une information client rapide et complète, notamment en cas de perturbations du service
  • Vous coordonnez le flux d-informations au sein de l-exploitation et collaborez étroitement avec différents services internes

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes formé(e) en tant que dispatcheur ferroviaire, chef de service circulation / régulateur de trafic catégorie B ou êtes prêt(e) à suivre cette formation complémentaire intensive de six mois
  • Vous possédez un diplôme d-apprentissage professionnel reconnu au niveau fédéral d-au moins 3 ans (CFC) ou une maturité
  • Vous aimez prendre des responsabilités et garantissez par vos décisions et actions la sécurité du trafic ferroviaire ainsi que celle de nos passagers
  • Vous restez calme dans les situations stressantes et priorisez rapidement et correctement les tâches à accomplir
  • Vous appréciez les horaires irréguliers (travail en équipes et week-ends), êtes un(e) joueur(se) d-équipe et possédez d-excellentes connaissances en allemand
