Chef(fe) de vente des Conseiller(ère) clientèle région Genève – 100%

Dans cette fonction clé vous contribuez activement à la croissance de notre portefeuille clients. Sur le terrain, au plus près de votre équipe, vous combinez vision commerciale, leadership et sens du résultat pour faire la différence. Vous contribuez ainsi de manière déterminante à la croissance durable d’Assura, tout en assurant une forte performance commerciale et une expérience client convaincante.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

Tu recrutes, intègres et développes des conseillères et conseillers clientèle performants.

Proche du terrain, tu accompagnes tes équipes grâce à un coaching régulier et un management de proximité.

Tu animes la dynamique commerciale de ta région, contribues à la stratégie commerciale et en assures le déploiement afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Orienté développement, tu identifies de nouvelles opportunités et mets en œuvre des actions ciblées de prospection et d’acquisition. Ceci en proposant des solutions innovantes ainsi que des initiatives adaptées au calendrier et aux évolutions du marché.

Analytique et proactif, tu pilotes la performance en analysant les résultats et en mettant en place les actions adéquates.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Une formation commerciale, idéalement complétée par la certification AFA, ou la volonté de l’obtenir.

Une solide expérience dans la vente ainsi qu’une expérience confirmée en management d’équipe.

Un réel intérêt pour le développement des talents et l’accompagnement des collaborateurs vers la réussite collective.

D’excellentes capacités à convaincre, fédérer et mobiliser autour d’objectifs ambitieux.

Un fort esprit entrepreneurial, une grande autonomie et un goût marqué pour le terrain.

Une approche pragmatique des défis, associée à une énergie positive et une forte orientation solutions.
