Le premier tibits de Suisse romande est à la recherche de membres d-équipe, dès maintenant ou à convenir, pour notre bijou situé dans l-emblématique Buffet de la Gare de Lausanne. Nous élaborons chaque jour, avec beaucoup d'amour, des aliments de grande qualité dans notre cuisine et enthousiasmons ainsi nos hôtes. Participe à l-histoire de notre réussite!

Tes responsabilités : ##

  • Tout autour du buffet, tu assures un niveau de qualité élevé ainsi qu'une présentation attrayante de l'offre et informes nos hôtes sur nos produits.
  • Tu sauras enthousiasmer nos hôtes avec nos plats frais et savoureux.
  • Responsabilité opérationnelle de la cuisine durant ton service
  • Leadership professionnel et soutien de 4 à 6 collaborateurs pendant le shift de travail
  • Coaching et participation au développement des collaborateurs de production
  • Participation active à la cuisine
  • Mise en œuvre et contrôle de la réglementation en matière de qualité et d'hygiène

Ce que tu es: ##

Tu es une personnalité motivée, soucieuse de la qualité et consciencieuse. Tu disposes d-une formation professionnelle reconnue en cuisine ainsi que d-un minimum de trois ans d-expérience en leadership dans une fonction similaire. Ta passion est la cuisine et tu aimes relever les défis quotidiens avec ton équipe. En tant que professionnel·le qualifié·e, tu soutiens activement l'équipe et effectues également des shifts en tant que collaborateur·trice. Ton leadership allie empathie et clarté. Tu es flexible et prêt·e à travailler le soir et le week-end selon les besoins.
