Chef.fe de projet architecte

Mission

Le patrimoine immobilier et les infrastructures sont sous la responsabilité du service des constructions au sein du Domaine du Développement et des Constructions (VPO-DC). Celui-ci vieille à maintenir la valeur d'usage à travers les projets de construction et de transformation pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des membres de la communauté de l'EPFL.

Principales tâches et responsabilités

  • Assistance au chef de service dans la conduite de grands travaux immobiliers et d'infrastructures
  • Etude des projets et préparations des documents justificatifs et administratifs
  • Présentations des dossiers, et application des décisions prises par les instances décisionnelles
  • Coordination des intervenants externes, suivi et gestion des phases de planification
  • Etablissement et suivi des mises en concurrence selon procédures en vigueur
  • Mise en œuvre des contrats de sous-traitance, et coordination de leur application
  • Suivi de la planification (délais, financement, réalisation), et proposition des mesures correctives
  • Optimisation et simplification permanente des procédures mises en œuvre

Profil

  • Formation architecte EPF, ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets
  • Bonnes connaissances du droit de la construction
  • Attrait pour la gestion technique et économique rigoureuse des dossiers
  • Faculté à anticiper, analyser et résoudre rapidement les procédures de conduite
  • Goût du travail en équipe, dynamisme, polyvalence, sens de l'initiative et aptitudes à la communication et à la coordination pluridisciplinaire
  • Flexibilité et personnalité ouverte aux changements
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques de gestion de projets
  • Aisance rédactionnelle

* Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau B2), la connaissance de l'allemand est un atout
