Son ambition est d’être une institution de santé dynamique, novatrice et visant l’excellence au profit de la population broyarde. Dans le cadre du déploiement du nouveau système d’information hospitalier Epic, l’HIB est à la recherche d’ :

Chef\-fe de projet DPI (dossier patient informatisé) à l’HIB 50% à 100%

Votre mission

  • Piloter et coordonner la préparation et le déploiement d’Epic au sein de l’HIB, en cohérence avec les objectifs et le calendrier du programme central
  • Planifier et suivre les activités du projet local, en assurant la maîtrise des délais, des ressources, des livrables et du budget dans le cadre des responsabilités attribuées
  • Assurer la coordination entre la Direction de l’HIB, les services concernés, les équipes techniques, les référents métiers et le programme central
  • Organiser la gouvernance du projet, préparer les séances de suivi et assurer le reporting auprès de la Direction, notamment sur l’avancement, les risques et les décisions à prendre
  • Accompagner la préparation des services et coordonner les actions nécessaires à l’adaptation des processus, à la formation et à l’accompagnement des utilisateurs
  • Coordonner les travaux techniques et les intégrations locales, notamment en lien avec les systèmes informatiques, les équipements biomédicaux et les partenaires externes
  • Préparer et coordonner la mise en service, en veillant à la continuité des activités, à la gestion des risques et au suivi des actions correctives après le démarrage

Vos atouts

  • Formation supérieure en gestion de projet, systèmes d’information, ingénierie, santé ou domaine jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets complexes impliquant plusieurs métiers et parties prenantes
  • Expérience en milieu hospitalier ou dans le secteur de la santé fortement souhaitée
  • Expérience dans le déploiement d’un système d’information clinique ou d’un dossier patient informatisé ; une expérience d’implémentation d’Epic constitue un atout majeur
  • Bonne maîtrise des méthodes et outils de gestion de projet, notamment en matière de planification, de suivi, de reporting et de gestion des risques
  • Leadership collaboratif, excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude à fédérer des interlocuteurs aux profils variés
  • Sens aigu de l’organisation, rigueur, autonomie et capacité d’anticipation
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ; la connaissance de l’anglais constitue un atout
