Créé en 2014 sur l'ancien site de recherche d'Ilford, le Marly Innovation Center (MIC) est l'un des plus grands campus d'innovation et d'implantation d'entreprises de Suisse. Il accueille plus de 200 sociétés et 1000 emplois, et couvre déjà plus de 60 % de ses besoins en énergies renouvelables.

Pour renforcer notre équipe Technique, nous recherchons un·e chef·fe de projet junior Énergies / Bâtiments. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Technique, vous garantissez la fiabilité du comptage et des décomptes d'énergie de nos locataires et pilotez des projets techniques

Vos missions

Gestion des énergies (activité à env. 50%)

  • Assurer la fiabilité des systèmes de comptage des énergies
  • Mettre à jour les schémas de comptage en fonction des arrivées et départs de locataires
  • Mandater et piloter des prestataires externes dans les domaines de l'énergie
  • Effectuer les décomptes des différentes énergies (chaleur, froid, électricité, gaz, eau…) selon les contrats en vigueur
  • Élaborer les factures d'énergie et justifier les consommations auprès des locataires
  • Suivre les consommations et appliquer des mesures correctives en cas de dérive
  • Optimiser les installations techniques pour améliorer l'efficience énergétique, avec l'équipe Technique et nos prestataires

Gestion de projets (activité à env. 50%)

  • Piloter différents projets techniques, notamment dans le domaine de la technique du bâtiment
  • Représenter le maître d'ouvrage dans certains dossiers
  • Établir des cahiers des charges et des appels d'offres
  • Comparer les offres sur les plans technique et financier
  • Suivre les projets de la mise en chantier jusqu'aux réceptions finales
  • Assurer le suivi financier, du contrôle des factures jusqu'aux décomptes finaux
  • Appui technique à l’équipe de maintenance

Votre profil

  • Formation technique : Ingénieur e EPF, HES, jeunes diplômé·es bienvenu·es
  • Connaissances des systèmes de comptage, de l'automation du bâtiment (GTB) et des installations CVC\-E un atout
  • Aisance avec les chiffres, esprit analytique avec très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des bases de données ; grande rigueur sur la qualité du travail
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et plaisir à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés (locataires, prestataires, équipe interne)
  • Français courant, bonnes connaissances de l'anglais un atout
