Chef·fe de projets Grands projets senior à 80\-100% \- (F/H) – Yverdon ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sous la conduite du·de la Responsable Grands projets, vous pilotez la partie « Étude et Réalisation » de projets d’infrastructure stratégiques. Vous assurez le suivi des coûts, des délais, de la qualité, de la sécurité et des risques, dirigez et coordonnez les bureaux privés mandatés et les entreprises adjudicataires, et organisez la sécurité lors des travaux pour garantir une exploitation fiable et sûre. Vous analysez les mandats sous l’angle des risques, anticipez les mesures à prendre, préparez le reporting à l’intention de la Direction et entretenez des relations de qualité avec les commanditaires et partenaires externes. En tant que cadre, vous collaborez avec l’ensemble des Directions, participez à des projets transversaux et contribuez à la réussite de projets structurants pour la région.

Ingénieur·e HES ou universitaire, ou au bénéfice d’une formation jugée équivalente, vous avez suivi une formation en gestion de projet et justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant que chef·fe de projet, dans le domaine ferroviaire ou dans le milieu industriel. Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances de la technique ferroviaire et maîtrisez la gestion de projets pluridisciplinaires d’envergure. Un CAS en technique ferroviaire ainsi que des connaissances des marchés publics (LMP/OMP/AIMP), de l’OCF, de l’OPAPIF, des directives et des RTE constituent des atouts. Doté·e d’un sens aigu de la planification et de l’organisation, vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre rigueur, votre capacité de synthèse et une communication claire et précise. Votre écoute et votre ouverture vous permettent de négocier et d’obtenir l’adhésion de partenaires variés sur des sujets complexes.
