Chargé de façonner la ville de demain tout en respectant son héritage et en préservant ses ressources, le SDT œuvre à créer une ville de proximité, pensée pour et avec sa population. Actuellement en pleine élaboration de notre Plan directeur communal, qui sera décliné en Plan d'aménagement communal, nous renforçons notre équipe. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons une personne expérimentée dans le pilotage des dossiers d'autorisation de construire, capable d'évaluer des projets à l'intersection des enjeux réglementaires, architecturaux, patrimoniaux et environnementaux. Dans ce contexte, le Service du territoire recherche un\\-une : \\Chef·fe de projets pour les autorisations de construire à 80%\\ \\Vos missions principales\\ \* Pilotage de dossiers liés aux demandes de permis de construire depuis l'avant\\-projet au permis d'habiter, y compris les contrôles sur le chantier. \* Coordination active avec les services communaux impliqués et la transversalité entre les thématiques. \* Garantir la mise en oeuvre des projets de qualité au sein de la commune. \\Votre profil\\ \* Formation universitaire ou HES dans le domaine de l'architecture, de l'ingénierie du bâtiment. \* Expérience minimum 10 ans dans l'un des domaines susmentionnés. \* Expérience dans le suivi et le contrôle de chantiers. \* Expérience dans l'octroi des permis de construire. \* Très bonne maitrise rédactionnelle. \* Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Office) et (Autocad, Système d'information du territoire \\- SIT). \\Entrée en fonction :\\ dès que possible ou à convenir. \\Délai de postulation :\\ 21 octobre 2026 \\Nous\\ L'Administration communale souhaite reconnaître vos compétences, découvrir vos qualités et vous faire partager des opportunités.
