Vous accompagnez les mandants dans l'évolution de leurs dispositifs de sûreté, pilotez les projets techniques jusqu'à leur mise en exploitation et encadrez les Site Managers 360\\. ### \\Votre mission\\ Vous faites le lien entre les besoins des mandants, les solutions techniques et les équipes chargées de leur exploitation. Votre regard indépendant des fabricants vous permet de proposer des solutions interopérables, durables et adaptées aux contraintes de chaque site. \\À ce titre, vous :\\ \* Encadrez les Site Managers 360 et accompagnez leur développement. \* Apportez votre expertise lors de situations complexes, d'arbitrages et d'escalades. \* Traduisez les besoins des mandants en exigences fonctionnelles et coordonnez les intégrateurs. \* Pilotez les projets techniques et les missions d'assistance à la maîtrise d'ouvrage, en maîtrisant la qualité, les risques, les coûts et le cycle de vie des installations. \* Conduisez les appels d'offres, les essais, les réceptions et le transfert des solutions aux équipes d'exploitation ### Votre profil \* Formation supérieure HES/ES ou parcours équivalent. \* Expérience confirmée en sûreté technique, Facility Management ou gestion de projets, idéalement de 8 à 10 ans, acquise sur des sites complexes ou multisites. \* Solides compétences en systèmes d'alarme intrusion (SAI), vidéosurveillance (VSS), contrôle d'accès, interphonie et supervision. \* Bonne compréhension des architectures IT/OT et des enjeux d'interopérabilité.Expérience des appels d'offres, des budgets, des essais et des réceptions. \* Leadership, sens de la coordination transverse et capacité à faire progresser les équipes. \* Connaissance de la SIA 112 et des principes de la SIA 108\\. \* Une certification en gestion de projet constitue un atout. \* Français de niveau C1/C2 et anglais de niveau B2/C1 ### \\Nous proposons\\ \* \\Lieu de travail :\\ Genève et Suisse romande, avec des déplacements ponctuels en Suisse \* \\Taux d'activité :\\ 95 %. \* \\Horaires :\\ du lundi au vendredi, de 7h30 à 12h et de 13h à 17h \* \\Rémunération\\ : salaire fixe versé sur 13 mois, positionné au\\-dessus des standards habituels du marché \* \\Bonus annuel :\\ lié à la performance individuelle pouvant atteindre l'équivalent d'un \\14e salaire.\\ \* Conditions de travail particulièrement avantageuses dans un environnement professionnel de grande qualité \\Avons\\-nous suscité votre intérêt ?\\ ### \[Alors postulez ici maintenant !\](\< \>) !\[Securitas SA Société Suisse de Surveillance\]( ) \* Securitas SA Société Suisse de Surveillance 22 avenue du Mail 1205 Genève \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid1e9ee27jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
