Fondation à but non lucratif, reconnue d'utilité publique et agissant sur mandat de l'Etat (délégation de service public) et deuxième plus importante organisation de la santé du canton, la FASD joue un rôle essentiel et ystémique dans le maintien à domicile de la population jurassienne. \<\< Pour vous \>\> rappelle que la mission de la FASD met la priorité sur ses 3500 patient\\-e\\-s, et que ses 400 collaboratrices et collaborateurs disposent de toutes les compétences techniques et d'une formidable empathie pour accompagner, aider et soigner. \<\< Chez vous \>\> désigne bien plus qu'un espace géographique : c'est avant tout la reconnaissance de la confiance qui nous est confiée au quotidien, d'agir dans l'intimité du lieu de vie de nos patient\\-e\\-s. Dans les deux prochaines décennies, le nombre de personnes de plus de 80 ans va croître très fortement. Pour répondre à ces défis, la FASD poursuit sa transformation et renforce son département Finance avec la mise au concours du poste stratégique afin de compléter notre comité de direction pour une entrée en fonction à convenir, nous recherchons un\\-e : \\Chef\\-fe du département Finances et membre du comité de direction (70\\-100%)\\ \* Vous assurez la direction stratégique du département Finances d'une grande organisation (volume financier 28 millions CHF, 280 000 heures facturées, 440 000 visites, 1 250 000 km, etc.). \* Vous développez les compétences de votre équipe et chapeautez l'administration afin de garantir la circulation sans heures des flux de données avec les 3 secteurs (5 sites). \* Vous participez au développement stratégique de la FASD et appuyez la direction et le Conseil de fondation dans ses relations avec ses partenaires. \* Vous suivez la maîtrise des risques (SCI) et le contrôle de gestion avec les équipes, en lien avec les exigences de la direction et du Conseil de fondation. \* Vous consolidez la digitalisation du domaine Finances. \* Vous soutenez le développement de l'ensemble des processus financiers et administratifs. \\Profil souhaité :\\ \* Master en économie / Master of Science en finance / diplôme fédéral d'expert\\-e\\-comptable (ou formation jugée équivalente) ainsi qu'une expérience de 3 à 5 années dans une fonction similaire. \* Leadership affirmé et capacité à fédérer et à faire grandir une équipe. \* Compétences communicationnelles savoir\\-être exemplaire complètent votre profil. \\Nous vous offrons :\\ l'opportunité de façonner la stratégie financière d'une fondation en pleine transformation, de participer activement à sa gouvernance et de contribuer concrètement au maintien à domicile de la population jurassienne.
