Aufgaben: ##

  • Selbstständige Vorbereitung der Aufträge und Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR)
  • Durchführung des Schichtbriefings vor jedem Einsatz
  • Führung und Einteilung von Gruppenchefs, Spezialmonteuren und Monteuren
  • Überwachung der Montagearbeiten hinsichtlich Termin, Qualität, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Mitarbeitenden inklusive Ausbildung und Beurteilung
  • Führen und tägliches Nachführen von Montagejournalen, Bautagebüchern und Regierapporten
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachdiensten vor Ort
  • Unterstützung des Bauführers und Projektleiters bei der Umsetzung der Projekte
  • Meldung von Bauabweichungen und Änderungen an die zuständigen Stellen
  • Sicherstellung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Sicherheitsmassnahmen
  • Durchführung von Schalt- und Erdungsarbeiten als Schaltberechtigter
  • Erkennen und Melden von technischen Mängeln an Fahrleitungsanlagen, Maschinen, Fahrzeugen und Geräten
  • Führen von Schienenfahrzeugen inklusive Bedienung der dazugehörigen Arbeitsgeräte
  • Führung der entsprechenden Fahrzeugrapporte
  • Rückschub von Material ins Lager
  • Aktives Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen bei Arbeitsabläufen, Maschinen und Geräten
  • Bereitschaft für Nachtarbeit

Anforderungen: ##

  • Ausbildung als Netzelektriker oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit entsprechender Eignung und Interesse
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fahrleitungen
  • Erfahrung in der Instandsetzung sowie beim Austausch bestehender Kabel
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kat. B, Kat. CE von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und sicherheitsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Höhentauglichkeit
  • Teamfähig, flexibel und belastbar
  • Bereitschaft und Erfahrung für Nachtarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend
  • Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Prioritäten zu setzen und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
