Die AG entwickelt und produziert seit 1960 chemisch\-technische Reinigungs\-, Polier\- und Pflegeprodukte für die professionelle Anwendung, hauptsächlich im B2B\-Markt. Mit der Übernahme des operativen FRISAG\-Geschäfts per 1\. 2026 haben wir unser Portfolio erweitert. Unter den Marken maxolen, FRISAG und carlack beliefern wir Kunden im In\- und Ausland.

Für unser Werk in Ottenbach suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachperson, die Produktentwicklung, QS\-Labor und Verfahrenstechnik verbindet und selbst praktisch mitarbeitet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Rezepturen entwickeln, bestehende Produkte verbessern und Laboransätze herstellen.
  • Rohstoffe und Fertigprodukte prüfen sowie Qualitätsvorgaben, Chargenfreigaben und Sperrungendokumentieren.
  • Stabilitäts\- und Konservierungsprüfungen durchführen beziehungsweise mit Lieferanten und externenLaboren koordinieren.
  • Rezepturen in die Produktion übertragen und Herstellungsverfahren optimieren.
  • Rohstoff\- und Rezepturänderungen vor ihrer Einführung prüfen und nachvollziehbar dokumentieren.
  • Produktionsabweichungen und Reklamationen untersuchen sowie wirksame Korrekturmassnahmenbegleiten.
  • Rezepturen, Stücklisten, Herstellanweisungen, Prüfunterlagen und Rückstellmuster zuverlässig führen.
  • Die Produktion bei technischen Fragen sowie bei Reinigungs\- und Hygieneverfahren unterstützen.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Chemie beziehungsweise Chemietechnik und praktische Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung. Auch erfahrene Chemielaborantinnen und Chemielaboranten mit fundierter Entwicklungspraxis sind willkommen. Idealerweise kennen Sie Reinigungsmittel, Polituren oder Emulsionen und deren Herstellung. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert, dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit nachvollziehbar und sprechen Abweichungen frühzeitig an. Sie schätzen eine vielseitige Aufgabe in einem KMU und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Englischkenntnisse für technische Unterlagen und Lieferantenkontakte sowie Kenntnisse im Chemikalienrecht sind von Vorteil.
