--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Chief Credit Officer - Cheffe ou Chef de division --- Chief Credit Officer \\- Cheffe ou Chef de division ================================================== Annonce ------- \\Chief Credit Officer -- Cheffe ou Chef de division\\ \\Vos missions principales :\\ Directement rattaché/e au CEO et membre de la Direction générale, vous serez amené/e à: \* Participer à la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique de la Banque, notamment en contribuant activement aux prises de décisions de la Direction générale, \* Diriger la division \<\<Gestion Crédit\>\> (170 collaborateurs) dans le cadre de la mission, des stratégies, des objectifs, des ressources et des budgets, \* Assurer la gestion et la qualité du portefeuille crédit dans une approche cost/income et de maîtrise des risques de crédit en garantissant l'application de la politique et des directives en matière de crédit, \* Présider le Comité de crédit de la Direction générale, \* Optimiser l'analyse, la gestion et la détection des risques de crédit, \* Améliorer de manière continue les processus de crédit (analyse, décision, montage, saisie) et le fonctionnement de la division, \* Définir, organiser et conduire les projets stratégiques, établir le reporting nécessaire au pilotage de sa division et suivre les performances de celle\\-ci, \* Représenter la Banque à diverses occasions en tant que membre la Direction générale, \* Présider et/ou participer en tant que membre à différents Comités internes. \\Votre profil :\\ \* Formation universitaire dans les domaines de la finance/économie, juridique ou scientifique, \* Expérience confirmée d'au minimum 10 ans à la tête d'une unité organisationnelle importante en tant que responsable de la prise de décisions crédit, \* Connaissances approfondies en matière de crédit et de produits relatifs aux domaines hypothécaire, commercial et financement de négoce, \* Expérience dans la conduite de grandes équipes et en gestion de projets stratégiques, \* Bonne connaissance du tissu économique de la région Suisse romande, \* Parfaite maîtrise du français, très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et de l'anglais.
