Chief Financial Officer CFO (m/w/d) ###

Das Unternehmen ist im technisch anspruchsvollen Projektgeschäft tätig und bewegt sich in einem stark wachsenden Marktumfeld. Insbesondere der Ausbau von Rechenzentren und die zunehmenden Investitionen in KI-Infrastruktur sorgen für zusätzliche Nachfrage. Die Bandbreite reicht von kleineren Anlagen bis hin zu anspruchsvollen Grossprojekten.

Die Position verbindet operative Finance-Verantwortung mit Vertragsmanagement, Digitalisierung und IT. Gesucht wird kein CFO, der lediglich steuert und delegiert, sondern eine Persönlichkeit, die fachlich tief einsteigt, Themen selbst strukturiert und die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgabe

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für Finance, Controlling und IT und führen ein kleines Team. Zu Ihren Schwerpunkten gehören:

  • Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, Konsolidierung, Planung und Reporting
  • Cash Management, Working Capital und Projektcontrolling
  • Vertragsmanagement bei Kunden- und Projektverträgen
  • fachliche Verantwortung für SAP Business One
  • Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie sinnvolle KI-Anwendungen
  • punktuelle Mitarbeit bei M&A- und Unternehmensentwicklungsthemen

Gesucht wird keine reine Steuerungsfunktion. Sie sollen fachlich tief einsteigen, Themen selbst strukturieren und Projekte aktiv vorantreiben.

Ihr Profil ###

Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in und bringen Erfahrung aus einem Industrieunternehmen mit Projektgeschäft mit.

Wichtig sind insbesondere:

  • Hohe Abschlusssicherheit und einfachere Konsolidierung
  • Erfahrung mit Projektgeschäft und Projektbewertung
  • ausgeprägtes kommerzielles und vertragliches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse in SAP Business One
  • hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung und neuen Technologien
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Die Position eignet sich ausdrücklich auch für einen erfahrenen Head of Finance oder Finance Director, der bereit ist, den nächsten Schritt in eine umfassende CFO-Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
