Chief Officer (CSO), Nutztiere (m/w/d)

Der CSO ist Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung Agri und dem CEO unterstellt. Er ist für die strategische und operative Führung der regionalen Verkaufsteams, das Erreichen der Umsatzziele sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie des Unternehmensbereichs Agri verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Verkaufsstrategie und Umsatzentwicklung
  • Führen und Weiterentwickeln der Verkaufsorganisation (\>40 ADMA)
  • Betreuen strategischer Key Accounts
  • Entwickeln und Erweitern der Vertriebskanäle und Partnerschaften
  • Steuern von Preis\- Konditions\- und Budgetprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Technischer Dienst, Marketing und Produktion
  • Teilnahme an Messen, Kundenanlässen und Branchenveranstaltungen
  • Sicherstellen des optimalen Einsatzes des CRM und dessen Weiterentwicklung
  • Ausbildung und Integration von neuen AD\-Mitarbeitenden

Du und dein Background

  • Erfolgsnachweis im Führen sowie im Auf\- und Ausbau von Verkaufsteams
  • Affinität zur Landwirtschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungskompetenz
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Ergebnisorientierung, Bodenständigkeit und hohe Glaubwürdigkeit
  • Sprachkenntnisse D/F, I von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
