Claims Specialist UVG (50\-100%) ------------------------------------

In dieser Position verstärkst du unser engagiertes Fachspezialistenteam und bringst dein fundiertes Know\-how im Unfallversicherungsrecht (UVG) gezielt in die Bearbeitung komplexer Leistungsfälle sowie in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozess ein. Du übernimmst fachliche Verantwortung, identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale und wirkst aktiv bei der Umsetzung von Initiativen und Projekten mit. Wenn du eine anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit mit Gestaltungsspielraum in der Versicherungsbranche suchst, freuen wir uns auf dich.

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung komplexer Leistungsfälle im Bereich UVG/UVGZ

* Fachliche Beurteilung von Leistungsansprüchen sowie aktive Steuerung der UVG\-Leistungsfälle inklusive Verrentungen

* Fachliche Unterstützung und Beratung der Claims Manager bei anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen

* Förderung des fachlichen Austauschs sowie Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers innerhalb der Claims\-Organisation

* Mitarbeit in fachlichen Projekten und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards

* Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards im Rahmen der Quartalsabschlüsse

Dein Profil

Gesucht wird eine versierte Fachperson mit folgenden Eigenschaften:

* Ausgewiesene und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Unfallversicherung, der komplexen UVG\-Leistungsfallbearbeitung sowie Kenntnisse im Unfallzusatzbereich (gemäss VVG) von Vorteil

* Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Versicherungswesen (mindestens Sozialversicherungsfachmann/\-frau oder eine vergleichbare Aus\-/Weiterbildung)

* Teamorientierte und \-fördernde Haltung in der Kommunikation (Wissenstransfer) und souveräne adressatengerechte Auftrittskompetenz

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken

* Lösungsorientierte Ansätze in der Fallabwicklung, Zahlenflair und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und hohe Selbständigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache (EN/IT) von Vorteil
