Was Dich erwartet:

  • Betrieb und Betreuung produktiver Kunden\- und Serversysteme
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Systemen und Anwendungen
  • Überwachung der Systemlandschaft sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents und technischen Störungen
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und nachhaltige Behebung von Problemen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung und Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Cloud\- und Infrastrukturplattform
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Projektleitenden, Softwareentwicklung und System Engineering
  • Technische Unterstützung und Austausch mit Kunden
  • Dokumentation von Systemen, Abläufen und technischen Lösungen

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung EFZ oder abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/HF/Uni) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung im IT\-Infrastruktur\-, System\- oder Cloud\-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows und Linux
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Server\-Infrastrukturen und Netzwerktechnologien
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb geschäftskritischer IT\-Systeme von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Betriebsprozessen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und im Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Wartungsarbeiten ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Pikett\- bzw. Rufbereitschaftsorganisation
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und fliessende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
