Für unseren Kunden in der Region Basel\-Land suchen wir eine/n:

CNC\-Fräser / CAM\-Spezialist mit Werkstattverantwortung (m/w/d)

Du profitierst von:

  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit viel Eigenverantwortung
  • Gestaltungsspielraum bei der Weiterentwicklung von Werkstatt und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für ein kleines Team mit 1–2 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verarbeitung unterschiedlicher Werkstoffe wie Metall, Kunststoff und Holz

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Aufbereitung digitaler Konturen und Festlegung von Werkzeugwegen und Bearbeitungsparametern
  • Sichere Werkstückspannung und Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile
  • Planung und Priorisierung der Fertigungsaufträge unter Einhaltung der Termine
  • Fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeitenden und Weitergabe Deines Fertigungswissens
  • Aufbau klarer Werkstattstrukturen, Verbesserung bestehender Abläufe und Dokumentation von Fertigungsschritten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei allgemeinen Werkstatt\- und Montagearbeiten

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Mehrjährige praktische CNC\-Fräserfahrung und bereits selbstständig angewandte CAM\-Kenntnisse – reine Maschinenbedienung oder manuelle CNC\-Programmierung reichen nicht aus
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Werkzeugwahl, Bearbeitungsparametern und Spanntechnik; Vakuumspannung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Programmen; Kenntnisse in VisualMILL sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude daran, selbst mit anzupacken, ein kleines Team anzuleiten und noch nicht vollständig geregelte Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln
  • Bodenständige, durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative, Geduld und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
