CNC\-Fräser im 2\-Schichtdienst Die Aartech GmbH ist eine agile und aufstrebende KMU im Bereich Maschinenbau und Medizintechnik. Mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden entwickeln und fertigen wir hochwertige Fertigungsteile sowie komplexe Baugruppen und Systeme für renommierte Weltmarktführer und innovative Nischenanbieter. Zur Ergänzung unserer Mechanischen Fertigung suchen wir nach Vereinbarung einen CNC\- Fräser (m/w) im 2\-Schichtdienst Ihre Aufgaben Sicherstellen der termingerechten Bearbeitung aller Produktionsaufträge auf den Fräsmaschinen Eigenverantwortliches Definieren der fertigungstechnischen Abläufe und Festlegen der dafür notwendigen Werkzeuge sowie Vorrichtungen Programmieren der CNC\-Fräsmaschinen (direkt an der Maschine) anhand der Werkstattzeichnungen, technischer Daten und Anweisungen Einrichten und Bedienen der CNC\-Fräsmaschinen inkl. Bereitstellung von Material und Nachbearbeitung sowie Weiterleitung der Produkte Wahrnehmen der Selbstprüferfunktion für die hergestellten Werkstücke Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung und Wartung der Fräsmaschinen Verwalten von CNC\-Programmen, Einricht\- und Werkzeugdatenblättern Dokumentieren von Erstaufträgen und Prototypen Mitwirken beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) Was Sie mitbringen Grundausbildung zum Polymechaniker (m/w) Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC\-gesteuerten 4\- und 5\-Achs Fräsmaschinen (inkl.
