WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

  • Bereitschaft zur dynamischen Unterstützung an verschiedenen CNC-Fräsmaschinen (3- und 5-Achs-Technik) je nach Auslastung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im selbstständigen Einrichten, Richten und der werkstattorientierten Programmierung (WOP) mittels Heidenhain-Steuerungen
  • Reibungsloser Wechsel zwischen wechselnden Bauteilen und Projekten sowohl in der Einzelteil- als auch in der Kleinserienfertigung
  • Schnelle Einarbeitung in unterschiedliche Arbeitsplätze zur gezielten Überbrückung von Engpässen im Team Qualitäts- und Prozessüberwachung
  • Kontinuierliche Kontrolle der Fertigungsabläufe und Masshaltigkeit an allen jeweils zugewiesenen Stationen
  • Rasches Umdenken bei wechselnden Fertigungsaufträgen und flexiblen Prioritäten im Werkstattalltag

 

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker (m/w/d) oder Maschinenoperateur (m/w/d)
  • Schichtbereitschaft (2-Schicht)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanungstechnik
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Bearbeitung von Klein- und Mittelserien sowie Prototypen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Heidenhain-Steuerungen
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Selbständigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
