Ihre Aufgabe ##

In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb der CNC-Fertigung und bist unter anderem für folgende Tätigkeiten verantwortlich:

  • Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen moderner CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Präzisionskomponenten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Vorgaben
  • Durchführung von Erstmuster- und Freigabeprüfungen
  • Laufende Qualitätskontrollen während und nach dem Fertigungsprozess
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Produkt- und Fertigungsqualität
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und einfachen Unterhaltsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und effizienten Produktionsablaufs

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, Feinmechaniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung und Zerspanung
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft für einen Schichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
