Unser Kunde wünscht Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ Fachrichtung Fertigung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CNC-Rundschleifen • Erfahrung auf Studer S31 und Studer S41 von Vorteil • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Zeichnungen, Toleranzen sowie Form- und Lagetoleranzen • Selbstständige, effektive und präzise Arbeitsweise • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein • Teamorientierte, zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit • Gute Deutschkenntnisse • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse • Bereitschaft, sowohl in Normalarbeitszeit als auch in einem schichtähnlichen Arbeitszeitmodell zu arbeiten • Freude an Polymechanik, Präzision und anspruchsvollen Fertigungsaufgaben

Das erwartet dich • Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Rundschleifmaschinen • Arbeiten an Studer S31 und Studer S41 • Schleifen von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien mit hohen Qualitätsanforderungen • Auswahl und Einrichtung von Spannmitteln • Auswahl und Einrichtung von Schleifscheiben • Definition und Optimierung von Prozessparametern • Sicherstellung der Masshaltigkeit gemäss Zeichnung und Toleranzen • Kontrolle von Form- und Lagetoleranzen • Optimierung der Schleifprozesse hinsichtlich Zykluszeit, Oberflächengüte und Werkzeugstandzeit • Sicherstellung einer präzisen und qualitativ hochwertigen Fertigung • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsteam • Eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe mit technischem Tiefgang und viel Verantwortung
