Coach en intégration professionnelle (Jeunes & Adultes), 80% de temps, (h/f) ##

Bienvenue dans l-association intercommunale Réseau social district de Horgen (SNH). Sur mandat du RAV et des services sociaux, nous fournissons des prestations pour les jeunes et les adultes, notamment dans le domaine de l-intégration professionnelle. Nous accompagnons les jeunes et les adultes dans leur orientation professionnelle et dans la recherche d-un poste (d-apprentissage) - avec beaucoup de cœur et d-expérience.

Pour renforcer notre équipe (focus jeunes), nous recherchons dès le 01.01.2027 ou selon accord une personne spécialisée en intégration professionnelle.

Ce qui vous attend chez nous ##

  • Coaching et accompagnement des jeunes et des adultes dans la recherche d-un poste (d-apprentissage)
  • Soutien dans le processus de candidature dans le cadre de coachings individuels et collectifs
  • Collaboration avec des entreprises internes et externes, le RAV, les services sociaux et d-autres partenaires
  • Encourager la motivation, montrer des perspectives, célébrer les petits et grands succès

Ce que vous apportez ##

  • Formation achevée en travail social, pédagogie sociale, psychologie (ou équivalent)
  • Expérience avérée en coaching ou en intégration professionnelle est un avantage
  • Joie de travailler avec des jeunes et des adultes en situation de transition
  • Grande compétence sociale, une pincée de patience, une attitude valorisante, motivante et de l-humour
  • Capacité d-auto-organisation, flexibilité et esprit d-équipe
  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques et compétences administratives développées
