La Commune de Penthalaz est à la recherche d-un(e) collaborateur(trice) motivé(e) pour rejoindre son service technique. Si vous êtes passionné(e) par le travail technique et souhaitez contribuer au bon fonctionnement de notre commune, cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Missions principales :

  • Collaboration avec le chef de service dans les domaines de la police des constructions, de l-aménagement du territoire et de la surveillance des travaux
  • Traitement complet des permis de construire (suivi et procédures administratives)
  • Contrôle des chantiers
  • Implémentation et exploitation du Système d-Information du Territoire - SIT
  • Diverses tâches liées à la fonction. 

Profil souhaité :

  • Titulaire d-un CFC de dessinateur (géomaticien - bâtiment - génie civil), ou titre jugé équivalent ou ayant une certaine expérience en domaine similaire
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants - Autocad et Qgis un atout
  • Autonomie dans le travail, sens des responsabilités et de l-organisation
  • Bonnes connaissances des lois et règlements et procédure en matière d-urbanisme, d-aménagement du territoire et de la police des constructions
  • Contacts aisés avec la population et les différents partenaires, mandataires, entreprises et administrations publiques
  • Aisance en rédaction - courriers, courriels et PV de séances
  • Etre en possession d-un permis de conduire
