Collaborateur(trice) du service externe «Gastronomie \& Catering» (h/f/d) Région Genève

Vous renforcez notre équipe de vente, enrichissez notre entreprise avec joie, élan et compétence et vivez votre bonheur personnel et professionnel. Dans cette fonction, vous êtes responsable de la zone de vente qui vous est attribuée et vous la gérez de manière autonome. Nous ne recherchons explicitement pas un « représentant » classique. Vous discutez d'égal à égal avec vos clients et vous êtes un interlocuteur compétent, un résolveur de problèmes et une source d'idées pour nos clients. C'est un rôle dans lequel vous vous épanouissez et pour lequel nous vous accordons le temps nécessaire.

Vos responsabilités

Vous accompagnez et conseillez nos clients de manière globale, dans l'esprit d'un prestataire de services engagé

Vous prospectez avec passion, persévérance et talent de négociation

Vous êtes en mesure d'identifier correctement les besoins, les potentiels et les opportunités des clients et vous contribuez de manière proactive à l'élaboration de solutions commercialisables

Vous atteignez avec ténacité les objectifs définis en communVous réalisez les projets de manière autonome, fiable et dans le respect des délais

Vous aimez nos clients et nos produits

Votre profil La persévérance, la flexibilité mentale, les compétences sociales et le sens des responsabilités font partie de vos atouts. Vous avez une formation professionnelle complète et quelques années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste dirigeant avec une grande responsabilité personnelle en tant que chef d'entreprise (ou similaire) dans le secteur de la gastronomie, du catering ou de l'alimentation. Si vous n'êtes pas étranger(ère) au secteur de la vente, vous êtes le/la bienvenu(e) en tant que candidat(e). Nous vous aidons à changer de voie. Votre centre de vie se situe dans la région de Genève.
