Description du poste \* Tu organises et coordonnes le planning quotidien des techniciens. \* Tu saisis et mets à jour les données clients et les installations dans SAP. \* Tu saisis et traites les rapports du service après\\-vente dans MODI. \* Tu réceptionnes les appels téléphoniques et réponds aux demandes de nos clients. \* Tu traites les demandes des clients par téléphone, e\\-mail ou autres canaux de communication. \* Tu participes activement à l'amélioration continue de nos processus. \* Tu apportes un soutien administratif général au responsable du service après\\-vente. \* Tu prépares et soutiens les activités liées à la facturation du service après\\-vente. \* Tu conseilles activement nos clients et leur proposes nos prestations de service, notamment nos contrats d'entretien. \* Tu établis et envoies les contrats d'entretien et assures le suivi des acceptations, modifications et résiliations. Qualifications \* Formation : Formation commerciale de base \* Personnalité et méthode de travail : fiable, consciencieux/\\-se, responsable, structuré(e) et autonome \* Expérience : Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire \* Langues : Français langue maternelle ; d'autres connaissances linguistiques, notamment en allemand, constituent un avantage Informations complémentaires Un poste à responsabilités et varié vous attend au sein d'une entreprise moderne qui accorde une grande importance à la qualité, à l'engagement et au respect mutuel.
