Samvaz SA est une entreprise familiale active depuis 1964 dans l’usinage du métal à Chatel\-St\- (Fribourg). La société a grandi en développant, en fabriquant et en commercialisant ses propres produits, tels que les fixations sanitaires PIPEX®, le système de coffrage SAM®, les rabots RALI® et les arbres de rabotage TERSA®, qui sont distribués en Suisse, en Europe et à travers le monde. La société emploie environ 140 collaborateurs au total. En tant qu’acteur économique important, Samvaz SA a aussi une responsabilité sociale qu’elle assume notamment avec un grand parc de photovoltaïques, son chauffage à base de déchets de bois et la sous\-traitance de quelques opérations à des ateliers protégés de la région.

et accompagner nos clients dans la réussite de leurs projets en Chauffage, Ventilation, Climatisation et Sanitaire (CVC/S)

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Vous traitez les demandes et commandes des clients, transmises par téléphone ou par écrit
  • Vous gérez les offres et les soumissions
  • Vous proposez des solutions adaptées à leurs projets et les conseillez
  • Vous coordonnez les projets avec nos représentants et nos techniciens
  • Vous participerez activement à l’amélioration continue des processus du département

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation CVC/S et une expérience significative dans le domaine
  • Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience au sein d’un département service client
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour vos connaissances techniques et votre capacité à les transmettre
  • Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et une excellente communication en français (écrite et soignée)
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d’allemand et/ou de suisse allemand
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et organisée et apprécié le travail en équipe
  • Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du stress et vous êtes apte à travailler au sein d’un environnement exigeant
