The posting

Nous recherchons un·e collaborateur·trice administratif·ve spécialisé·e en police des constructions pour une mission d'environ deux mois, avec une entrée en fonction dès que possible.

Jours de travail : le mardi, mercredi et jeudi

Votre mission

Au sein du Service urbanisme et durabilité, vous assurez le suivi administratif des dossiers liés à la police des constructions et participez activement au bon fonctionnement du service.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers de la police des constructions
  • Vérifier la validité des dossiers déposés en contrôlant le contenu et les pièces jointes
  • Collaborer avec les services cantonaux et communaux
  • Renseigner, accueillir les citoyen.ne.s et les mandataires
  • Gérer les publications des mises à l’enquête dans le respect des échéances
  • Rédiger les permis de construire
  • Réaliser les travaux de secrétariat, établir la correspondance et en assurer le suivi
  • Préparer les dossiers pour la séance de Municipalité et procéder à la saisie dans Meeting.

Votre profil :

  • CFC ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la police des constructions
  • Expérience au sein d'une administration communale ou d'un bureau technique communal/intercommunal
  • Excellente maîtrise des tâches administratives et rédactionnelles
