Votre mission

En tant que chef\-fe de projet, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie cantonale dans le domaine des urgences sanitaires vitales et non vitales.

Au sein du pôle chargé de la stratégie et de la coordination des urgences sanitaires, vous transformez les orientations stratégiques en projets et en actions concrètes, en collaboration avec les différents acteurs concernés.

Vos tâches principales seront notamment :

  • Piloter des projets dans le domaine des urgences sanitaires
  • Analyser et évaluer les besoins de la population et l'évolution des besoins en matière de prise en charge
  • Préparer des rapports et des documents d'aide à la décision
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des actions de communication et d'information
  • Accompagner la mise en œuvre des différentes mesures et en assurer le suivi
  • Assumer des tâches organisationnelles et administratives en lien avec les projets et les activités du pôle

Profil souhaité

  • Formation universitaire ou équivalente dans le domaine de la santé, de la santé publique, de l'administration publique ou du management
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé ou des politiques publiques
  • Bonne connaissance du système de santé suisse et de ses principaux acteurs
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction
  • Capacité à fédérer et à faire avancer des projets complexes
  • Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et sens de l'organisation
  • Aisance dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques et dans le traitement de données
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de la langue partenaire (B1\-B2\)
