Le , autorité compétente dans le canton de Fribourg notamment pour la surveillance, la coordination et l'harmonisation du dispositif d'aide sociale (LASoc), recherche pour une entrée au 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir, un\-e collaborateur\-trice scientifique dans ce secteur à 60\-70%. La mission du poste concerne la mise en oeuvre et la surveillance de la loi sur l'aide sociale (LASoc). Seules les postulations en ligne par le site de l'Etat de Fribourg seront prises en considération.

Vos missions

  • Instaurer et accompagner les tâches de surveillance de l'organisation et du fonctionnement des services sociaux régionaux et des commissions sociales chargés de l'application de la loi sur l'aide sociale (LASoc)
  • Définir le monitorage du dispositif d'aide sociale, des indicateurs statistiques, des tableaux de bord de contrôles, rapporter les résultats et les analyser
  • Elaborer les critères de qualité des prestations et vérifier leur application
  • Soutenir les services sociaux régionaux et les commissions sociales pour l'adaptation des processus, la mise en oeuvre des mesures générales relatives à l'information et à la formation des professionnel\-le\-s et pour l'organisation des procédures
  • Participer au développement du dispositif d'aide sociale

Profil souhaité

  • Master en travail social ou formation jugée équivalente suivie de plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle
  • Connaissances approfondies en matière d'organisation
  • Excellentes connaissances en matière de sécurité sociale et de l'organisation du dispositif social cantonal
  • Goût du contact avec les administrations, aisance dans la communication et intérêt pour les questions d'ordre social
  • Personnalité dynamique et polyvalente, travaillant de manière précise et à l'aise avec les chiffres, sens de l'organisation et de la coordination, bonne capacité d'intégration dans une équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue
