Occupant plus de 100 collaborateurs fixes et auxiliaires, la vocation première de l'administration communale est d'offrir un accueil et un service de qualité à ses 6'900 citoyens et ses nombreux visiteurs. Suite à l'augmentation du nombre de demandes liées à la Police des constructions, le Service Technique Intercommunal (STI) met au concours le poste de : \\Collaborateur/\\-trice technique et administratif/\\-ve pour la Police des constructions \\- 80% à 100%\\ Profil de la fonction : \* CFC de géomaticien, CFC de dessinateur en bâtiment ou titre jugé équivalent \* Bonnes connaissances en matière de Police des constructions et des procédures administratives \* Minimum trois années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire \* Maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office et de la plateforme cantonale CAMAC \* Bonne aisance rédactionnelle \* Aptitude à travailler en équipe mais également de manière autonome \* Personne ayant le sens de la collaboration et du service Missions : Gérer les dossiers du Service Technique Intercommunal (STI) du Gros\\-de\\-Vaud et effectuer le suivi administratif des différents projets. Délivrer les permis de construire et les permis d'habiter. Participer à l'organisation générale du service. Fournir les informations techniques aux administrés et aux partenaires économiques, les orienter et les conseiller.
