Pour renforcer notre équipe du Service Clients, secteur Back Office et Input Management, nous recherchons nos futurs·es

Collaborateurs·trices 100 % CDD de 6 mois

Votre mission

  • Gérer le courrier entrant et sortantAssurer la préparation, le scannage, le contrôle qualité, l’indexation et la distribution du courrier entrant et des documents à archiver
  • Fournir aux collaborateurs des différents services, les documents scannés facilement accessibles et aisément utilisables
  • Traiter les demandes de l’Input Management et les e\-mails entrants
  • Traiter et distribuer les événements aux différents services

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale (CFC, diplôme, MP\-E ou équivalent)
  • Langue maternelle française
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Rigueur et fiabilité
  • Flexibilité et réactivité
  • Autonomie et esprit d’équipe
  • Résistance au stress
