* Progettare e sviluppare analisi statistiche, indicatori e basi per prendere decisioni fondate sui dati per i gruppi di interesse della statistica dell'aiuto sociale * Elaborare set di dati tramite interrogazioni complesse utilizzando R, Python, SQL e altri strumenti di analisi, nonché elaborare i collegamenti di dati * Automatizzare, documentare e sviluppare ulteriormente i processi di integrazione, analisi e pubblicazione dei dati * Sviluppare analisi statistiche, indicatori di qualità, operativi e di performance e metterli a disposizione di esperti, dirigenti e altri gruppi di interesse tramite Power BI * Elaborare e aggiornare standard, principi di governance e documentazione relativi alla piattaforma di dati e analisi della statistica sull'aiuto sociale * Integrare i requisiti statistici, specialistici e tecnici e definire l'ulteriore sviluppo dei processi di produzione e analisi

****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Diploma universitario in statistica, data science, informatica, informatica di gestione, economia o scienze sociali, con una solida preparazione tecnica * Ottima conoscenza di R, Python, SQL, DAX e Power BI, nonché esperienza nella progettazione e nell'ulteriore sviluppo di soluzioni di integrazione dei dati, analisi o data warehouse. Le conoscenze di SAS costituiscono titolo preferenziale * Capacità di tradurre requisiti statistici, specialistici e tecnici in soluzioni sostenibili * Elevata autonomia, capacità concettuale e inclinazione per la collaborazione interdisciplinare. La conoscenza del sistema di sicurezza sociale svizzero, in particolare dell'aiuto sociale costituiscono titolo preferenziale * Conoscenza attiva di due lingue ufficiali e ottima conoscenza dell'inglese

**Contribuirà attivamente all'ulteriore sviluppo della statistica dell'aiuto sociale in Svizzera e, grazie a metodi moderni di analisi dei dati, creerà le basi per decisioni fondate a tutti i livelli dello Stato. L'Ufficio federale di statistica (UST) è il centro di competenza nazionale della statistica pubblica e il fulcro dell'ecosistema dei dati svizzero. Produce informazioni statistiche, si impegna, attraverso la gestione dei dati a livello nazionale, a favore di dati armonizzati e utilizza metodi di scienza dei dati per estrarre ulteriori informazioni dai dati. La sezione Aiuto sociale è responsabile della rilevazione, dell'elaborazione, dell'analisi e della pubblicazione dei dati relativi alle prestazioni sociali legate al bisogno in Svizzera. Gestisce la statistica dell'aiuto sociale in collaborazione con i Cantoni, i Comuni e altri partner e fornisce informazioni aggiornate per la gestione della politica sociale. Inoltre, la sezione sviluppa e gestisce basi statistiche, indicatori, sistemi di monitoraggio e analisi relativi al sistema di sicurezza sociale.
