* Rappresentare la capa del Centro di competenza per la medicina militare e di emergenza sugli aspetti tecnici e personali * Elaborare programmi di formazione iniziale, continua e di aggiornamento del personale medico militare, nonché progetti di ricerca in collaborazione con partner specializzati * Redigere i documenti di base per i contratti e garantire il controllo tecnico con i fornitori di servizi * Curare una stretta collaborazione con centri di cooperazione interni ed esterni, in particolare con le università svizzere e gli ospedali universitari * Elaborare richieste e prese di posizione come pure dirigere riunioni e progetti * Esaminare la completezza delle richieste di studio all'attenzione del comitato di ricerca Sanità e preparare decisioni

* Master e diploma federale in medicina umana, medicina dentaria o farmacia con esperienza professionale pluriennale, perfezionamento postuniversitario (MME, MBA, economia della salute) * Conoscenze ed esperienza nell'istruzione e nella ricerca (dottorato) come pure dei sistemi sanitari civili e militari * Istruzione militare auspicata * Capacità di pensiero analitico e concettuale, nonché approccio orientato agli obiettivi e ai risultati * Buone conoscenze attive in una seconda lingua ufficiale e conoscenze passive in una terza lingua ufficiale e ottima conoscenza dell'inglese

**Contribuire all'istruzione e alla ricerca nell'ambito della medicina militare e della medicina in caso di catastrofe** Ha esperienza nell'insegnamento e nella ricerca e desidera impiegarli in un'istruzione moderna del personale medico militare? In questa funzione sarà regolarmente in contatto con fornitori di prestazioni civili e interfacce militari. Assumendo questo compito di responsabilità, lavorerà in un ambiente di lavoro vario. La Base logistica dell'Esercito svizzero (BLEs) è a disposizione della truppa. Fornisce tutte le prestazioni logistiche a favore dell'Esercito svizzero e, con i suoi circa 3500 collaboratori e 12000 militari di milizia, gestisce il materiale, i sistemi e le infrastrutture dell'Esercito svizzero. In officina o in ufficio, al chiuso o all'aperto: la BLEs offre un'ampia gamma di posti di lavoro in tutta la Svizzera e per tutti i gusti.
