Mansioni: - consulenza e orientamento: accogliere e gestire le richieste di informazioni (lead qualificati) da parte di potenziali studenti o aziende, conducendo colloqui di orientamento personalizzati (di persona, telefonici e online) - sviluppo commerciale: presentare l'offerta formativa dell'istituto, elaborare preventivi su misura e gestire l'intero processo di vendita fino alla chiusura dell'iscrizione - networking B2B: contattare e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti aziendali del territorio per proporre piani formativi aziendali - customer care: monitorare la soddisfazione degli studenti durante il loro percorso didattico, favorendo la fidelizzazione e il passaparola. - amministrazione: gestire i dati dei clienti tramite il sistema CRM aziendale e monitorare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi didattici degli studenti

Requisiti: - esperienza: comprovata esperienza (almeno 2-3 anni) nelle vendite consulenziali, nel settore dei servizi, della formazione o delle agenzie interinali - competenze linguistiche: madrelingua italiana con un'ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e/o del tedesco (livello minimo richiesto: B2, scritto e parlato) - abilità relazionali: spiccata empatia, capacità di ascolto attivo e doti comunicative eccellenti - orientamento al risultato: forte motivazione commerciale, precisione, autonomia e attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi - informatica: ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office e dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di sistemi CRM
