Stellenanforderung

Sie haben

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie
  • Freude am Umgang mit anspruchsvollen und internationalen Individual-Gästen
  • ein hohes Mass an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • von Vorteil ein wenig Berufserfahrung oder die Motivation, diese bei uns zu sammeln
  • gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch

Aufgabengebiet

  • Korrektes Servieren von Getränken und Speisen in den Stuben für unsere Halbpensionsgäste, in der Ermitage-Stube für unsere à la carte Gäste, in der Hotelhalle Bärgblick und an der Bar. Im Winterhalbjahr sind punktuelle Einsätze im Fonduespycher möglich. Im Sommerhalbjahr sind Einsätze auf der Terrasse und Garten häufig. In den Monaten Juli & August sind Einsätze im Rahmen des Menuhin Festivals im Festivalzelt in Gstaad möglich.
  • Selbstständiger Auf- und Abbau sowie Betreuung von Buffets
  • Eigenverantwortliches Betreuen der Frühstücksgäste und des Room Service Telefons
  • Führen einer Station im Frühstücksservice
  • Sauberkeit und Auffüllen der Frühstücks Mise en Place
  • Mithilfe im Mittagsservice (Suppe & Salat)
  • Mithilfe an der Bar (Kuchenbuffet)
  • Food Runner während des Abendservice
  • Room Service
  • Vorbereiten und Auffrischen der Seminarräume
  • Mithilfe bei Caterings und Veranstaltungen
  • Einhalten der Servicestandards und Hygienevorschriften
  • Behandeln von Reklamationen gemäss Reklamationspolitik
  • Weitergabe von Feedback der Gäste an Vorgesetzte
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitsabläufe laut Handbuch/Dienstbeschrieb
  • Herrichten der Mise en place Arbeiten in dem vorgegebenen Zeitraum
