La FIM

COORDINATEUR JUNIOR DE LA COMMISSION DE COURSE SUR CIRCUIT (CCR)

Votre mission :

Relevant du Directeur CCR, du Manager Sportif et des Coordinateurs, vous soutiendrez les activités administratives et sportives de la Commission de Course sur Circuit (CCR), contribuant au bon déroulement de ses disciplines, y compris les Championnats et Prix du Monde FIM.

Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur CCR, le Manager Sportif et les Coordinateurs, vous aiderez à la préparation des réunions, séminaires, règlements, documents sportifs et communications, tout en assurant la liaison avec un large éventail d'intervenants internes et externes, notamment les FMN, CONU, organisateurs, promoteurs, équipes, pilotes et fabricants.

Nous recherchons une personne bien organisée et proactive, dotée de solides compétences en communication et d'un grand souci du détail, qui aime travailler en équipe et est motivée à contribuer aux activités du sport motocycliste international.

Responsabilités clés :

Soutien administratif et opérationnel : Fournir un soutien administratif quotidien au Directeur CCR, au Manager Sportif et aux Coordinateurs dans la gestion des activités de la Commission.

Coordination des parties prenantes : Participer au maintien d-un contact régulier avec les FMN, CONU, organisateurs, promoteurs, équipes, pilotes, associations de fabricants et autres parties prenantes impliquées dans les disciplines CCR.

Soutien réglementaire : Aider à la rédaction, à la mise à jour et à la mise en forme des règlements sportifs, procédures et documents officiels en français et en anglais.

Organisation des réunions : Soutenir la préparation et l-organisation des réunions CCR, préparer les ordres du jour et la documentation, rédiger les procès-verbaux et assurer le suivi des actions convenues.

Préparation des procédures : Participer à la préparation, à la mise à jour et à la gestion des documents et procédures utilisés par les inspecteurs CCR.

Soutien aux séminaires et événements : Aider à la préparation des séminaires, webinaires, séminaires Superlicence et autres événements CCR.

Nominations : Collaborer avec tous les acteurs de la FIM pour établir et suivre la nomination des officiels.

Soutien à la communication : Contribuer à la rédaction et à la relecture des communications et apporter un soutien à la Division Communication lorsque nécessaire.

Soutien aux projets : Collaborer sur divers projets liés au développement des championnats, disciplines et activités sportives CCR.

Soutien général à la Division : Fournir un soutien administratif à la Division Sport et contribuer à l-amélioration continue des processus internes.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme ou baccalauréat professionnel commercial.
  • Au moins une première expérience significative en entreprise (stage ou poste permanent) dans un rôle similaire.
  • Maîtrise de l-anglais et du français ; une excellente maîtrise écrite est requise dans les deux langues.
  • La connaissance orale et/ou écrite d-autres langues est un atout.
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un environnement sportif international.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, respect des délais et des priorités, sens de l-initiative.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles avec un haut niveau de flexibilité et de résistance au stress.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook).
  • Intérêt pour le sport et les sports mécaniques.
  • Travail le week-end possible lors d-événements, séminaires ou réunions.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels (environ 10 à 15 jours par an).
